This is a sort of diary, a symptom tracker if you will. Its specifically geared towards patient suffering various conditions.
App has a simple interface for patient to record a number of variables and to be able to see the result in a graphically format.
All of the variables are record are roughly half quantitative and half qualitative inputs.
The end goal of course is for the sufferer to be able to identify trends and reduce outbreaks.
